Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior UI/UX & Graphic Designer who is passionate about user-centered design and creating clean, modern, and visually appealing digital experiences. This role requires a mix of product thinking, wireframing, UI prototyping, and graphic design expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements and user feedback into functional UI designs.
• Design user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Collaborate closely with front-end developers to ensure design accuracy in implementation.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to iterate designs.
• Create compelling graphics, illustrations, banners, social media creatives, and marketing material.
• Maintain design systems, style guides, and brand consistency.
• Deliver assets for mobile apps, web apps, websites, and digital campaigns.
• Guide junior designers and provide constructive design feedback.Required Skills & Qualifications
• 4–6 years of experience in UI/UX Design and Graphic Design roles.
• Strong command over design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), and prototyping tools.
• Deep understanding of UX principles, human-centered design, and responsive design.
• Experience designing for both mobile and web platforms.
• Ability to think creatively and produce innovative solutions.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design process, UI screens, and graphic work.
• Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field preferred.

Good to Have

• Motion design/animation knowledge (After Effects, Lottie).
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS for better developer communication.
• Experience in product-based startups or fast-paced agile environments.
