Senior FP&A analyst

We are looking for an FP&A Analyst who can join us starting October 29. You must have hands on experience supporting business teams in the United States. You should be comfortable owning financial models, explaining the story behind the numbers, and partnering with leadership to improve performance.

What you will do

• Own monthly financial reporting including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Build and maintain operating models that support revenue planning and expense management
• Track key metrics like ARR, gross margin, CAC, burn rate, EBITDA, and cash runway
• Partner with cross functional teams on financial requests and scenario planning
• Analyze business trends, identify performance gaps, and recommend corrective actions
• Support quarter end closes with accurate and timely financial data
• Prepare presentations for leadership that simplify the complex and drive decisions

What we need from you

• 3 to 5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis
• Direct experience working with US based companies and familiarity with US GAAP
• Strong Excel and modeling skills plus comfort with tools like NetSuite or QuickBooks
• Ability to communicate insights clearly and confidently with senior stakeholders
• Ownership mindset with a habit of running toward problems instead of around them

Bonus

• Experience in SaaS or high growth startups
• Exposure to BI tools like Tableau or Power BI
