Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Senior Firmware Engineer. The Senior Firmware Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and debugging firmware for storage products. Daily tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams, writing and maintaining code, conducting performance analysis, ensuring firmware quality, and implementing new feature developments. The role entails active participation in code reviews and contributing to continuous improvement in the software development cycle.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Firmware Development, Embedded Systems, and RTOS
• Knowledge in C/C++ Programming and Software Debugging
• Experience with Storage Protocols (SATA, SAS, NVMe) and Hardware Interfaces
• Expertise in Performance Analysis, Code Optimization, and Quality Assurance
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment
• Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Experience in the storage industry is a plus
