Job Description: 

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Financial Advisor to join our team. 

The ideal candidate will be passionate about financial planning and have a deep 

understanding of financial markets and financial planning theories. As a Financial Advisor, 

you will be responsible for providing personalized advice and guidance to clients, 

developing investment strategies, asset allocation, debt restructuring etc. 

Key Responsibilities: 

 Client Engagement: 

o Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their 

unique financial needs and goals. 

o Provide personalized advisory services, including ESOP diversification, 

investment recommendations, and tax-efficient planning. 

 Financial Planning & Strategy: 

o Create, review, and optimize financial plans tailored to each client’s profile. 

o Analyse client portfolios and recommend rebalancing strategies to maximize 

returns and minimize risks. 

 Market Analysis & Product Knowledge: 

o Stay updated on market trends, economic factors, and financial products to 

provide informed and timely advice. 

o Understand and recommend products, including mutual funds, stocks, bonds, 

and alternative investments, based on client profiles and risk tolerance. 

 Sales & Business Development: 

o Work towards achieving individual and team business targets  

o Identify potential high-net-worth clients and support growth initiatives within 

the firm. 

 Compliance & Documentation: 

o Ensure all client interactions, transactions, and recommendations comply with 

regulatory standards. 

o Maintain detailed and accurate client records, updating portfolios and 

capturing key decision points.
