Role Overview: As a Financial Advisor at FINTOO, you will play a crucial role in providing personalized financial advice and guidance to clients. Your responsibilities will include developing investment strategies, asset allocation, and debt restructuring. You will have the opportunity to engage with clients, analyze market trends, and contribute to the growth of the business. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique financial needs and goals. - Provide personalized advisory services such as ESOP diversification, investment recommendations, and tax-efficient planning. - Create, review, and optimize financial plans tailored to each client's profile. - Analyze client portfolios and recommend rebalancing strategies to maximize returns and minimize risks. - Stay updated on market trends, economic factors, and financial products to provide informed and timely advice. - Recommend products like mutual funds, stocks, bonds, and alternative investments based on client profiles and risk tolerance. - Work towards achieving individual and team business targets. - Identify potential high-net-worth clients and support growth initiatives within the firm. - Ensure all client interactions, transactions, and recommendations comply with regulatory standards. - Maintain detailed and accurate client records, updating portfolios and capturing key decision points. Qualification Required: - MBA/Postgraduation. - CFP/CWM or NISM XA / XB certification. - Minimum 2 years of experience in the Financial Services Industry.
