Responsibilities

• Manage project financing for Rail project.
• Manage contractor payments for all the package wise like Civil / E&M / M&P/ Track / Rail / Traction / Telecommunication.
• Scrutiny of Extension of Time (EOT) cases for concerned projects and vetted accordingly.
• Scrutiny of Extra items base on requirement of the project and make Rate analysis as per SOP like take the three quotations from market and same has been financial concurred.
• Concur with the Risk and Cost methodology.
• Apart of the Tender Committee for the opening of Tender on the basis IFCQR and Evaluate the Initial IFCQR report and same has been open Technical Evaluation then open the Financial Evaluate.
• Quality and Cost Based Selection QCBS method for Evaluation of the tenders and Evaluation of Technical & Financial Bids based on QCBS.
• Preparing of the MPR and Monthly Budget for the overall project wise-Civil Work, Electrical & Mechanical Work (E&M), Machinery and Plant Work (M&P), Traction Work and Track Work etc
• Preparation of Income and expenditure sheet and client fund reconciliation with bank on behalf of client.
