Senior Field Sales Executive

Location: Chennai (Field-based, with customer connections across South India) Industry: Printing & Raw Materials (DTF / UV DTF) About Us Shubhaansh Creations is one of South India’s largest importers and suppliers of printing solutions. We specialize in providing high-quality raw materials such as DTF PET Films, Inks, Hot Melt Powder, UV Inks, and other essentials to stockists, dealers, and printing businesses. As part of our growth, we are looking for a Field Sales Executive who can expand our reach, build strong relationships, and drive consistent sales. Key Responsibilities Identify and onboard new stockists, dealers, and printing businesses using DTF and UV DTF machines. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to maximize repeat business. Achieve monthly sales targets of ₹5 lakhs through consistent field activity and follow-ups. Conduct market visits within Chennai and connect with customers across South India through calls and digital channels. Provide product knowledge, guidance, and after-sales support to customers. Track sales activities, maintain proper customer records, and share weekly/monthly reports with management. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Achieve ₹5,00,000 in monthly sales revenue. Number of new stockists/dealers onboarded per month. Customer retention and repeat business growth. Frequency and quality of field visits and reporting. Requirements & Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in printing industry / B2B raw materials. Must own a two-wheeler and be willing to travel extensively within Chennai. Proficiency in Tamil is mandatory; knowledge of English/Hindi is an added advantage. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Compensation & Benefits Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience). Attractive incentives on achieving/exceeding monthly sales targets. Fuel allowance for local travel.
