Job Description

Role Overview: As a Strategic Account Manager at Work Dynamics, your primary responsibility will be to provide strategic leadership to the account management team. You will set clear goals, objectives, and performance targets to ensure alignment with overall business objectives. Additionally, you will oversee key client relationships, develop comprehensive account plans, lead a team of account managers, drive revenue growth, collaborate with business development teams, ensure operational excellence, and produce regular reports and analysis on key account metrics.
