Senior Export Executive

The Sr.Export Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end export documentation and logistics processes. This role requires expertise in both pre-shipment and post-shipment documentation, coordination with various stakeholders, and ensuring smooth and timely shipment of consignments. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling high-volume shipments and working with ERP systems.

We will not consider candidates from shipping and forwarder/ freight industry.

A) Export Documentation (Pre-shipment)

1.Prepare accurate pre-shipment documents, including invoices, packing lists, non-hazardous declarations, and other required documents.

2.Coordinate via email with overseas clients, internal teams, and other stakeholders.

3.Track and coordinate with the factory for timely material dispatches.

4.Visit warehouses to oversee dispatches, prepare e-way bills, and manage other dispatch-related activities.

5.Collaborate with CHAs (Custom House Agents) for documentation and clearance processes.

6.Coordinate with freight forwarders for ETD (Estimated Time of Departure), ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival), and related activities.

7.Maintain close coordination with the marketing team to ensure alignment with client requirements.

B) Export Documentation (Post-shipment)

1.Prepare post-shipment documentation, including invoices, packing lists, non-hazardous declarations, Certificates of Origin (COO), and other relevant documents.

2.Manage insurance preparations for consignments.

3.Handle special documentation for SAPTA (South Asian Preferential Trade Arrangement) and APTA (Asia-Pacific Trade Agreement).

Additional Responsibilities:

•Proficiently use Sky ERP software to manage documentation and tracking processes.

•Ensure timely and accurate handling of a minimum of 30–40 consignments per month.

•Resolve any issues related to logistics, documentation, or client requirements.

Qualifications:

•Education:

1.Bachelor’s degree in Science (B.Sc.) or any related field.

•Experience:

1.5–8 years of experience in export documentation and logistics.

2.Prior experience handling high-volume shipments is mandatory.

•Skills:

1.Proficiency in Sky ERP software or similar ERP systems.

2.Strong communication and coordination skills.

3.Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

4.Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.
