Senior Expert Microsoft Dynamics

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of

  Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2018

  implementations, upgrades, and support
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, map processes, and propose NAV-based solutions
• Customize and configure NAV 2018 using

  C/AL

  or

  AL

  languages and development tools
• Develop new modules, integrations, and workflows tailored to evolving business needs
• Perform data migrations, version updates, and resolve system-related issues
• Provide advanced support and training to internal teams and end-users
• Maintain system documentation, technical specifications, and best practices
• Monitor system performance and ensure ERP reliability, security, and scalability
• Work with cross-functional teams (Finance, Supply Chain, HR, etc.) for functional improvements
• Stay updated on

  Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

  for potential future migration

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience working with

  Microsoft Dynamics NAV

  , with strong hands-on expertise in

  NAV 2018

• Proficient in

  C/AL

  ,

  AL

  , and Dynamics NAV architecture
• Proven track record in customization, extension development, and third-party integrations
• Strong functional knowledge of

  Finance

  ,

  Supply Chain

  ,

  Inventory

  ,

  Sales

  , and

  Manufacturing

  modules
• Experience with

  SQL Server

  ,

  SSRS

  , and

  Power BI integration

• Deep understanding of cross-departmental business processes and workflows
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience mentoring or managing junior NAV developers or consultants is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Dynamics NAV certifications (preferred but not mandatory)
• Experience with

  NAV to Business Central migration

  is a plus
• Exposure to

  Azure

  Power Automate

  , or other Microsoft ecosystem tools
• ERP project management experience is an added advantage
