Job Description

Solitaire is one of the leading companies in the real estate domain with its premium & luxurious projects across Pune & Mumbai.

We are hiring for the role of Sr Executive/Asst Manager-Sales Closing for our Kothrud, Pune location.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Communication and Relationship Management:Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing regular updates throughout the closing process.
Deal Negotiation and Closure:Guiding clients through the negotiation process, facilitating offers and counteroffers, and working towards a successful deal closure.
Documentation and Paperwork:Preparing and reviewing all necessary documents, including purchase agreements, closing statements, and other legal paperwork, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Coordination and Logistics:Scheduling and coordinating property viewings, inspections, appraisals, and other necessary activities leading up to the closing date.
Financial Management:Working with lenders to ensure proper financing is in place, coordinating escrow and closing funds, and ensuring a smooth financial transaction.
Problem Solving and Issue Resolution:Addressing any issues or roadblocks that may arise during the closing process, working with all parties to find solutions and keep the transaction on track.
Sales Target Achievement:Meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing to the overall revenue goals of the real estate company.
Compliance:Ensuring all activities adhere to company policies, real estate laws, and ethical guidelines.
