About the Role : Leap Scholar is a one-stop platform for any aspirant wishing to study abroad. It is a transaction platform for students to apply to the university of choice. The charter for this role will include : Conduct online telephonic and/or virtual counseling sessions with students interested in studying abroad Guide students on what courses to opt for based on their profile and interests Assist students in deciding on the universities/colleges and programs to apply to Assist in preparing and filing their applications Maintain follow-ups and a high conversion pipeline to meet enrollment targets Use CRM tools to manage leads efficiently and ensure timely follow-up and closure Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure smooth student experience Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for student conversions Ideal Persona would : Good communication skills Knowledge of CRM Consistent performer and has met targets in the previous organization Prior experience in study abroad or Edtech industry is preferred Be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environ
