Role Overview

The Sr. Executive – Warehouse Operations will be responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse activities including inbound, storage, order processing, dispatch, and inventory accuracy. The role ensures smooth coordination between warehouse, logistics partners, and internal teams to support timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warehouse Operations
• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch
• Ensure adherence to SOPs for storage, handling, and movement of goods
• Maintain optimal space utilization and layout planning
• Inventory Management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and conduct cycle counts and physical stock audits
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies, shortages, or damages
• Ensure FIFO / FEFO practices where applicable
• Order Fulfillment
• Ensure timely processing of B2B and D2C orders
• Coordinate with logistics partners for pickups and dispatch planning
• Track order status and resolve delivery or dispatch-related issues
• Process & Compliance
• Implement operational best practices to improve efficiency and reduce errors
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards
• Maintain accurate documentation for inward, outward, and returns
• Team Coordination
• Supervise warehouse staff and casual labor
• Allocate daily tasks and monitor productivity
• Train team members on SOPs and operational standards
• Cross-Functional Coordination
• Coordinate with supply chain, planning, sales, and customer support teams
• Support returns, exchanges, and reverse logistics processes

Key Skills:

• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control
• Experience with WMS / ERP systems
• Good understanding of logistics and dispatch processes
• Strong problem-solving and execution skills
• Ability to manage manpower and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and data accuracy

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (Logistics / Supply Chain preferred)
• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations
• Experience in fashion, apparel, or e-commerce brands is a plus
