You are a proactive and experienced Senior Operations Executive responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse operations efficiently to ensure tasks are completed. Your role involves overseeing daily warehouse activities, including inward & outward operations, inventory management with 100% accuracy and zero shrinkage, and effective operation of the Warehouse Management System (WMS). It is crucial to maintain seamless communication and task execution with internal teams and customers. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily warehouse activities such as inward & outward operations and inventory management - Operate and manage the Warehouse Management System (WMS) effectively - Ensure seamless communication and task execution with internal teams and customers Skills: - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Gmail/Outlook, and SAP - Strong communication skills in Kannada (mandatory), as well as English, Hindi, and Telugu - Ability to handle warehouse challenges with a solution-driven approach Qualifications: - Any degree with 3-5 years of working experience in warehousing and logistics If you have hands-on experience in warehouse and logistics operations, along with the ability to lead day-to-day activities with efficiency, we would love to hear from you!
