Job Location

Techzone-4, Greater Noida West, Uttar Pradesh.

Role Description

• Monitor online tender portals for new opportunities.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, Legal, Technical, and Operations, to gather necessary inputs and documentation.

• Conducting feasibility studies and provide "bid/no-bid" recommendations to senior management.

• Preparing and submitting tenders, ensuring compliance with tender requirements, and following up on projects and bids.

• Liaise with clients, government departments, and stakeholders to handle clarifications, addendums, and negotiations.

• Additionally, they will be tasked with market research and data analysis to identify tender opportunities and improve outcomes.

• Regularly identifying key products and market trends.

• Maintain an organized database/repository of all tender submissions, results, and related documentation for future reference and audits.

Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical tender preparation, submission, and management, including document verification and compliance.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in a tendering role preferrably Pharma.
• Strong knowledge of government e-tendering platforms and procedures (GeM, CPPP, etc.) is essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word is a must.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.

Expected Package -₹30,000 - ₹35,000 per month.
