Goldmine Advertising is looking for a Senior Executive Tender.

POSITION- Senior Executive Tender

EXPERIENCE- 3 - 5 Years

LOCATION- Vile Parle, Mumbai

Responsibilities

• Regularly scan government portals (e.g., GeM, CPP, eProcure), public notices, and private RFP platforms for relevant advertising, media, and branding opportunities.
• Track new tender releases, pre-bid meetings, submission deadlines, and updates.
• Prepare and format technical proposals including agency credentials, case studies, creative work samples, strategy narratives, and execution plans.
• Ensure accurate preparation and timely submission of all documents (e.g., EMD, pre-qualification documents, financial bids, certifications, affidavits).
• Format proposals as per RFP guidelines, including proper annexures, indexes, and packaging.
• Upload and submit documents via online portals or physical delivery as applicable.
• Interpret tender requirements and coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary information.
• Ensure all tenders are submitted within the stipulated deadlines and follow up on submission status.
• Prepare and compile all necessary documentation required for tender submissions, including technical, and commercial.
• Ensure all tender documents comply with client requirements and internal quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of all tender documents and submissions.
• Coordinate pre-bid meetings and site visits when required.
• Follow up on submitted tenders to obtain feedback and results.
• Conduct post-tender analysis to identify strengths and areas for improvement in future bids.

Qualifications

-Expertise in Tender.

-Graduates or post-graduates in Marketing, preferably in Advertising or Communications

-3 - 5 years of experience in Advertising Agencies.

- Having a good understanding of industries such as BFSI, Energy, and Retail.
