Key responsibilities include: preparation and management of export documentation, ensuring the accuracy and compliance of all documents with regulations, and maintaining an efficient document filing system. The Documentation Assistant will collaborate with various departments to track shipments, handle client communication regarding documentation requirements, and maintain organized archives. Qualifications and Skills Undergraduate degree from a reputed university/college. Document Management. Excellent written and verbal Communication skills Attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in MS Office is a must.
