Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Greater Noida office. The E-commerce Assistant will be responsible for:

• Registering company on pharma E-commerce platforms such as 1mg and Netmeds.
• Assist in the creation and optimization of product listings, including writing descriptions, uploading images, and ensuring content is SEO-ready.
• Managing online listings, ensuring product information accuracy, and monitoring inventory levels.
• The role includes coordinating with internal teams for product updates, responding to customer inquiries, and assisting in the execution of sales strategies.
• Process and track online orders, coordinate with fulfillment teams, and manage returns and exchanges.
• The successful candidate will also analyze e-commerce performance metrics and contribute to enhancing the online customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in E-Commerce management and Sales operations.
• Strong Analytical Skills for data analysis and performance tracking.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing and online retail platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field must.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector is an advantage.
