Key roles and responsibilities

• Monthly ITC reconciliation and timely resolving mismatch issues and highlighting to relevant stakeholders
• Filing of monthly GST returns including GSTR1, GSTR-6 GSTR3B etc.
• Independently filing of GSTR-1 with the support of consultant
• Creating GST payment challans and ensuring filing of 3B before due date
• Supporting in notice reply with respect to ewaybill mismatch / ITC mismatch etc.
• Preparing data / documents w.r.t GST audits, assessments, notices
• Circulation of litigation tracker for PAN India on a regular basis
• Creation of PO and timely booking of vendor Invoices including payment to consultants
• Support in preparing data / documents in Statutory audit data submission

Educational Qualification:

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Indirect Tax laws
• Must have experience in SAP
• Good understanding and knowledge of GST laws, and Acts
• Strong analytical & communication skills
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS word and GST portal
