Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for Assurance teams and support in completion of resource requirements.
  • Collaborate with department heads and onshore stakeholders to forecast hiring needs and execute sourcing strategies.
  • Conduct HR interviews and finalize hiring decisions up to AM levels.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation, maintaining compliance and data accuracy.

Performance Management & Talent Development

  • Support the performance enabling cycle for offshore team members and ensure staff are informed and aware of how to complete the process.
  • Support the firm-wide training and development plan to ensure talent development through continuous engagement and structured programs within offshore team.

Stakeholder Engagement & Employee Relations

  • Serve as a trusted HR advisor to offshore managers and onshore teams, managing complex employee matters with discretion.
  • Promote a culture of openness, trust, and alignment with firm values.
  • Respond to employee queries and ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures.

Offboarding & Exit Management

  • Oversee exit formalities management to ensure smooth offboarding.
  • Conduct detailed exit interviews and present actionable insights into leadership.
  • Liaise with onshore HR teams and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions and compliance for departing employees.

T&C Operations & Process Ownership

  • Maintain & Oversee HR systems, trackers, and documentation with precision and confidentiality.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards for leadership review.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to elevate HR service delivery.
  • Support policy updates and ensure the offshore HR manual reflects current practices.

Team Collaboration & Leadership

  • Act as a senior resource and mentor to junior HR team members.
  • Step in as a backup to the Associate Director when needed, ensuring continuity of operations.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives.
  • Drive employee engagement activities for the offshore teams in collaboration with the T&C and Admin teams.

Compensation Management

  • Provide insights into competitive compensation and benefits structures aligned with our Business model.
  • Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and market benchmarks. Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in compensation-related data.
