Your Role
As a
Senior Executive for Supply Growth Acquisition at StayVista,
you will identify and acquire high-quality properties that align with StayVista s standards. Your focus will be driving regional supply growth through strategic acquisitions to enhance the brand s portfolio. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you ll streamline the acquisition process from property identification to integration, ensuring each addition supports StayVista s growth objectives.
About You
- Identify and acquire high-quality properties that meet StayVista s brand and operational standards.
- Conduct market research to assess acquisition opportunities and industry trends.
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, and stakeholders to secure new properties.
- Negotiate contracts and manage the property onboarding process effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, legal, marketing) to ensure smooth integration of new properties.
- Monitor the performance of newly acquired properties and ensure they meet StayVista s quality and operational goals.
- Provide regular updates on acquisition progress and contribute to strategic decision-making.
- This position includes tasks supporting Owner and Guest Management, as determined by organizational needs.
