Your Role

Senior Executive for Supply Growth Acquisition,

About You

• Identify and acquire high-quality properties, especially luxury villas, that meet StayVista’s brand and operational standards.
• Conduct market research to assess acquisition opportunities and industry trends.
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, and stakeholders to secure new properties.
• Negotiate contracts and manage the property onboarding process effectively.
• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, legal, marketing) to ensure smooth integration of new properties.
• Monitor the performance of newly acquired properties and ensure they meet StayVista’s quality and operational goals.
• Provide regular updates on acquisition progress and contribute to strategic decision-making.
• Be a travel enthusiast with a knack for spotting and acquiring luxury villas.
• Stay on-ground at least three days a week to scout, evaluate, and build direct connections with property partners.
