Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive - Scheduler to join our team at CAE Inc. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience in scheduling and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate scheduling activities to ensure efficient operations.
Develop and implement effective scheduling strategies to meet business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Analyze and resolve scheduling conflicts and issues promptly.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders.
Maintain accurate records and reports of scheduling activities.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in scheduling and coordination, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse groups.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
Proficiency in scheduling software and tools, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
