Role Description

This full-time, on-site role is based in Nautanwa for a Senior Executive at RapiPay. The Senior Executive will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, developing relationships with stakeholders, managing teams, and ensuring targets are met. They will implement business strategies, analyze market trends, generate reports, and contribute to the company’s overall growth and development. Additionally, they will ensure smooth operations in alignment with RapiPay's mission to achieve financial inclusion across all regions.

Qualifications

Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to guide and manage teams effectively.
Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and developing strategies based on market trends.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities for engaging with stakeholders and team management.
Experience in the financial or fintech sector, particularly in payment services or financial inclusivity initiatives, is advantageous.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other business tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (advanced degrees or certifications considered a plus).
