Senior Executive - Purchase

Department:

Supply Chain Management (SCM)

General Description

Responsible for Placing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and maintaining our inventory levels.

Your Task

Create and issue purchase orders to suppliers
Ensure accurate and timely order placement.
Order Tracking & Follow-up.
Monitor order status, track shipments, and ensure on-time delivery.
Communicate with suppliers and internal stakeholders regarding order progress.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers
Resolve any supplier-related issues (e.g., quality problems, delivery delays)
Monitor inventory levels and ensure sufficient stock to meet production demands
Identify and address potential inventory issues (e.g., stockouts, excess inventory)
Work with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials meets specifications.
Address any quality issues with suppliers
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Organizational and time management skills
Knowledge of MRP Process.
Proficiency in using SAP systems

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in engineering / MBA
5+ Years of Industrial Experience in SCM Purchase
