- Has a minimum of 2 years experience in R&D
- Has a minimum 1 year experience in Operations and/or technical/commercial function in SBU (through missions or assignments)
- Has demonstrated the courage and ability to take decisions and solve problems
- Has proven communication skills (Presents confidently and convincingly to steering committees.) - Principles
