Job Description

Lead sales efforts for elevator products and services across commercial and residential sectors.
Identify new sales opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and yearly sales targets.
Collaborate with project and technical teams to ensure customer requirements are met and projects are delivered on time.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by delivering exceptional customer service and support.
Conduct regular meetings with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
Provide technical consultations to clients regarding elevator specifications, installations, and after-sales services.
Develop in-depth knowledge of the companys elevator products, technologies, and service offerings.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients and stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activities.
Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contracts for clients based on their specific needs and requirements, while negotiating terms and conditions to close sales deals ensuring profitability.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system and provide regular sales forecasts and reports.
Conduct market analysis to identify new trends, customer demands, and potential competitors, attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand the companys market presence.
