Senior Executive

You will be responsible for developing ASCs for Mechanical Seal & Industrial segments and achieving yearly Standard Industrial Pumps Spares and Mechanical Seal targets in your assigned area. You will actively participate to ensure that spare business exceeds the target value. Providing guidelines to ASCs Service Engineers for installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting will also be part of your role. Additionally, you will provide product feedback to the plant team and actively participate in product improvement activities. Conducting product service training for customers and dealers is also a key responsibility. Your work will involve appointing new ASCs based on set targets, conducting periodic audits of ASCs, and developing action plans for ASC development. You will monitor spare stock levels at ASCs to ensure prompt and reliable service to end-users. Monitoring the quality of out-of-warranty services provided by ASCs and conducting product training as necessary are also important tasks. You will interact with superiors, subordinates from BOs and ZOs, and departments such as Product Management & Support, QA, Production, and Marketing services within the organization. Externally, you will engage with end-users, sub-vendors, and other stakeholders. In terms of independence of operation, you will decide on a suitable ASC spare stocking strategy based on product requirements and implement the same. This role may involve physical effort as you will spend most of your time working outside the desk and may need to work beyond normal hours to meet commitments. Regular movement outside the office during business travel is also expected. The work conditions will include a combination of desk and site work with significant traveling involved.,
