Job Function : Social Listening + ORM Position Summary The candidate will be responsible for effectively managing the ORM and social listening responsibilities as part of the Command Centre for one of the biggest MNCs in India. Job requirements & Skills Should understand ORM & Social Listening tools available in the market Complete ownership of regular ORM activities (monitoring, escalating, maintaining TAT, and response management) Experience in crisis management – monitoring and sharing regular updates Meaningfully communicate insights and information to a broad group of stakeholders through exceptional oral and written communication Strong interpersonal, and communication skills; a proven aptitude for building and maintaining strong relationships. Passion for engaging with clients and delivering value to our clients Structured thinking and articulation Ability to manage pressure and work during specific brand crises/events Qualifications Min. 2-3 years of work experience into Online Reputation Management and Social Listening & Analytics Experience of working in agency/brand within the similar domain A post-graduation in Marketing, business, Digital marketing, analytics Any certification into any data analysis or automation course will be an added advantage What You Can Expect from Interactive Avenues Interactive Avenue’s vision is to make advertising more insightful to the brands.
