Job Description

IP evaluation of Formulation & Drug-Device combination products.
Claim chart preparation, Structuring FLBs & supporting Litigation.
IP creation via Patent filing for our 505(b)2 range of products.
Provide IP support to Central Portfolio Team for USA & International Market.
IP Support & Due diligence involving new business opportunities.
IP creation via Patent filing for our 505(b)2 range of products.
Track pending patent applications/OB listings/Competitors ANDA & litigation strategy, assessing the impact on our pipeline - keep Sr. Management informed.

Qualifications

Key Skills

IP evaluation of formulations & drug-device combinations
Claim charting, FLB structuring, and litigation support
Patent drafting & filing (505(b)(2) products)
IP due diligence for new business opportunities
Monitoring Orange Book listings, ANDA filings, and litigation trends
Coordination with portfolio, legal, and regulatory teams
Strong analytical, legal interpretation, and documentation skills

Qualifications

Bachelor’s/Master’s in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Law
5–8 years in pharma IP, patent analysis, or litigation support
Knowledge of USFDA regulations, Orange Book, and patent law
Preferred: Registered Patent Agent or IP certification
