Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Executive Human Resources based in Mumbai. The Senior Executive Human Resources will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, managing employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with human resources regulations. Daily tasks include conducting interviews, coordinating onboarding processes, handling employee grievances, and supporting organizational development. M

• HR Operations and HR Policies experience
• Employee Relations skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the hospitality industry is Mandatory
