Job Description: Senior Executive - Human Resources Job Summary Crown Rubber Products is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Executive - Human Resources to join our team. The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and overseeing administrative tasks to support organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations, compliance management, and administrative coordination, with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Key ResponsibilitiesHR Operations Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure a positive and compliant work environment. Maintain employee records, HR databases, and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality. Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth. Handle employee relations, including grievance resolution, conflict management, and disciplinary actions. Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies, and other perks. Compliance Management Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, including the Factories Act, 1948, Minimum Wages Act, 1948, and other relevant regulations. Prepare and submit statutory reports, such as PF, ESI, and other compliance-related filings, in a timely manner. Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to labor laws, safety regulations, and internal policies. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in labor laws and ensure organizational compliance. Liaise with government authorities and external agencies for compliance-related matters. Administrative Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, including office maintenance, vendor management, and facility upkeep. Manage payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement of salaries. Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, equipment, and services to ensure smooth operations. Organize company events, employee engagement activities, and welfare initiatives. Maintain records for attendance, leave, and other administrative functions. Strategic HR Initiatives Assist in workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies to meet organizational needs. Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems and employee recognition programs. Contribute to organizational development initiatives, including culture building and employee engagement. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on HR-related matters. Qualifications and Skills Education : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is preferred. Experience : Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a compliance-focused role. Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus. Skills : Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Attributes : Proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player with a problem-solving mindset. Working Conditions Full-time role with standard office hours; occasional extended hours may be required to meet deadlines or handle urgent matters. Work environment includes both office and factory settings, requiring occasional visits to the production floor.
