Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: job postings, screening, interviewing and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records (physical and digital).
  • Coordinate training and development programs.
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions and conflict resolution.
  • Monitor employee attendance, leaves and maintain HRIS/HRMS systems.
  • Support performance management and appraisal processes.
  • Assist in employee engagement activities, welfare programs and team-building initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (e.g., ESI, PF, gratuity).
  • Preparation of HR reports, dashboards and MIS as required.
  • Contract Labour management and compliance.
  • Administration : Oversee general office administration including facility management, housekeeping and office supplies.
  • Ensure maintenance of office infrastructure, utilities and assets.
  • Organize company events, meetings and travel logistics for employees and guests.

Preferred candidate profile

Female

Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws and statutory compliance.
