Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Talent Management-Manpower Planning (NX - WC, NX - BC and Other contractors), Sourcing of Staff for Site, To be aligned with all managers in efficiently Meetings the talent needs as per the business plan for Site.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESI, PT, and other statutory obligations

- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data

- Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives

- Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution

- Coordinate training programs and safety awareness sessions - Responsible for all Labour Relation Including the subcontractors employees in Site.

-Coordinate for the Audit data for the Site location

- Office Management: Maintain the office environment by managing office supplies, equipment, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.

- Visitor Management: Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and professional experience.

- Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences.

- Support Tasks: Assist with various administrative tasks as needed, such as preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.

- Reimbursements: Process and manage employee reimbursement requests, ensuring compliance with company policies.

PR/PO Management: Create, track, and manage purchase requisitions (PR) and purchase orders (PO), liaising with vendors and suppliers as needed. (SAP)
