Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Lead the full life-cycle

    onboarding

    and

    offboarding

    processes across the organization, ensuring seamless transitions.
  • Manage all employee documentation offer letters, contracts, joining formalities, exit letters, NFAs, etc.

  • Plan and coordinate for the induction & orientation.
  • Maintain and update HR records, databases, and ensure compliance with internal policies.
  • Coordinate with various departments (IT, Facilities, Finance) to arrange resources (laptops, access cards, workstations).
  • Conduct exit interviews, analyze attrition data, and recommend improvements.
  • Develop, review, and implement HR / administrative policies and procedures.
  • Oversee general administrative tasks like office maintenance, procurement, vendor management.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee queries, conflicts, and escalate appropriately.
  • Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and analytics for leadership.
  • Ensure excellent communication (verbal and written), and proficiency in

    MS Office

    (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command of MS Office suite
  • Very detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Good understanding of HR laws and regulations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Problem-solving, analytical mindset, confidentiality
