Role & responsibilities Human Resources (HR) Handle end-to-end employee lifecycle : onboarding, induction, confirmation, exit Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination in sync with HO/HRMS Drive recruitment and manpower planning in coordination with department heads Facilitate employee engagement activities , recognition programs & welfare initiatives Maintain & update HRIS systems and employee records Assist in performance appraisal process , training coordination & skill gap analysis Support compliance for ISO/TS/other audits on people/process metrics Industrial Relations (IR) Maintain harmonious industrial relations with workers and unions (if applicable) Liaise with labour departments and manage statutory obligations Ensure compliance with labour laws : Factories Act, PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc. Handle disciplinary matters , domestic inquiries, grievances & counseling Prepare & submit statutory returns LWF, CLRA, registers, Form V, etc. Conduct contractor audits and ensure compliance under CLRA & BOCW Preferred candidate profile Strong knowledge of labour laws & statutory compliances Sound understanding of plant HR practices and contract labour management Excellent people skills , negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities Proficiency in MS Office , HRIS/ERP tools Ability to handle field inspections , union interactions (for IR roles)
