Role Overview:

CSR Program Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Program Management

• Ensure achievement of annual impact targets within defined budgets
• Build and manage relationships with NGOs, government bodies, social enterprises, and like-minded corporate partners
• Design and launch innovative CSR initiatives aligned with business strengths
• Conduct need assessments, feasibility studies, and impact evaluations
• Maintain and update MIS dashboards with program data and progress
• Influence internal stakeholders and senior leadership for alignment and buy-in
• Stay abreast of external trends and incorporate best practices into programs
• Work cross-functionally with Communications, HR, and Business units to highlight program successes
• Build and maintain monitoring and evaluation frameworks; develop program KPIs
• Conduct regular field visits to monitor implementation and engage local partners
• Support partners in documenting and communicating program impact

2. Governance & Compliance

• Conduct partner due diligence as per internal SOPs
• Ensure full compliance with CSR regulations and stay informed of policy changes
• Prepare quarterly updates and assist with monthly budget tracking

3. Reporting

• Ensure timely submission of all internal and regulatory reports (e.g., CSR Form 2, annual data)
• Collaborate with secretariat teams for reporting compliance and audits

Who Are We Looking For

Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Development Studies, Social Work, Public Policy, or a related field

Experience:

• 48 years of post-graduate experience in program design and management
• Prior work with non-profits, government bodies, or CSR teams is essential
• Exposure to agriculture, agribusiness, or rural development sectors is preferred

Skills & Competencies:

• Proven track record in executing multi-sectoral CSR projects across diverse geographies
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to set and track KPIs and impact metrics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital monitoring tools
• High degree of ownership, empathy, and resilience under pressure
• Creative thinker and proactive learner who thrives in collaborative environments
