Job Description

We are looking for professionals with a minimum of 2 years of experience in education counselling or related client-focused roles. As a Senior Executive Education Counselling, you will independently manage student journeys from enquiry to enrolment, offer strategic guidance, and contribute to the team s performance through leadership and support.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth profile evaluations and provide tailored university and course recommendations for students seeking overseas education.
Offer detailed support throughout the application and visa processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
Serve as a reliable advisor for students and parents, addressing concerns and building lasting relationships.
Maintain updated knowledge of international education policies, admission requirements, and institution offerings.
Assist in training and guiding junior counsellors or associates as needed.
Drive student conversions and consistently achieve monthly targets.
Ensure proper documentation, case updates, and timely reporting in the CRM system.

Requirements & Skills

Minimum 2 years of experience in education counselling, international admissions, or client service.
Bachelor s degree is mandatory; post-graduate or counselling-specific certifications will be advantageous.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently while also contributing to team success.
Proficient in student handling, objection resolution, and lead conversion.

Preferred Profile

Previous experience in the Australian education sector will be a strong plus.
Candidates with mentoring or team-support exposure will be preferred.
