We're Hiring: Senior Executive – Financial Compliance (GST, TDS, ITRs & Tax Audits) Location: [Bangalore] | Experience: 3+ years | Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA-Inter / Semi-qualified CA | Full-time Are you a finance professional with a strong grounding in taxation and compliance? We're looking for a Senior Financial Compliance Executive to join our dynamic team, bringing hands-on experience in GST, TDS, ITR filings, and tax audits. What You'll Be Doing: End-to-end handling of GST compliance including e-invoicing, return filing, registration/amendment, 2B reconciliation, and annual return filing Managing TDS processes: applicability, rates, quarterly return filing, Form 16A issuance, and understanding of lower deduction certificates Calculation and estimation of Advance Tax with adjustments for timing differences and forex variations Filing Income Tax Returns (ITRs) and computation of income under applicable tax slabs Drafting responses and handling GST departmental notices, including annexure preparation and notice analysis Supporting Income Tax Audits: understanding applicability, preparing relevant schedules, and filing audit forms Ensuring compliance with MCA/ROC/RBI regulations Assisting companies and LLPs with statutory audit support Who You Are: B.Com / M.Com / CA-Inter / CA or CMA (discontinued candidates welcome) Completed 3 years of articleship with a Chartered Accountant in practice 3+ years of relevant experience in financial compliance Proficient in Excel and professional letter drafting Strong understanding of financial statements and audit reports Fluent in English (spoken & written); Kannada/Hindi is a plus Experience with face-to-face interactions at GST departments is preferred Join us if you're detail-oriented, compliance-driven, and ready to take charge of diverse tax and audit responsibilities.
