Job Description

Role Senior Executive Finance

Location Manesar

Qualification – B Com + M Com /MBA Finance/CA- Inter /ICWA inter

Exp. 4+ Years

Key Job Responsibilities:

Trade Receivables Management:

Accounting of Bank Receipts and adjustment with due invoices
Calculation of DSO and provision for doubtful debts
Coordination with sales team on Trade Receivable part.
Reviewing open accounts for collection efforts.
Accounting of Bank Receipts and adjustment with due invoices
Reconciliation of Customer accounts

Trade Payables Management:

Processing of PO and Non-PO invoices.
Identifying discrepancies between purchase order and invoices.
Keeping track of payment and expenditure.
Bank Reconciliation

Employee Claim Reimbursement

Timely checking of expense sheet submitted by employee as per policy and approval in system
Checking the accuracy of supporting documents of expense sheet, Identifying discrepancies, if any and resolution.
Reconciliation of employee Imprest before making payment
Keeping the record of processed expense sheets.

Support in Audit, Month end closing.

Preparation of Audit Schedules
Resolving audit queries timely
Analysis of variances

Preferred candidate profile:

AP and AR and Employee claims management

Good understanding of Indirect Taxation: TDS provision, Calculations and GST Laws

Books of Accounts, Tax assessments

Bank-Vendor and Accounts Reconciliations

P&L Accounts, Trial Balances and analysis of Financial Statements

Processing of invoices - PO and Non-PO, Expenses and Reimbursements of employees
