Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute maintenance plans for hospital infrastructure and medical equipment. - Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. - Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance services. - Troubleshoot technical issues promptly to minimize equipment downtime. - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance. - Assist in budget preparation and resource allocation for maintenance activities. - Train and supervise maintenance staff to ensure high standards of service. - Collaborate with clinical staff to understand equipment requirements and maintenance needs. - Implement energy-saving initiatives and sustainability practices in maintenance operations. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in engineering and maintenance technologies relevant to healthcare.
