Job Overview :

We are seeking a diligent and strategic

Planning Executive/Officer

to manage and optimize production planning processes. The role involves developing and implementing production schedules, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring efficient utilization of resources to meet delivery timelines.

Job Responsibilities :

Develop and implement production plans based on customer orders and sales forecasts.
Utilize ERP systems or planning software to monitor and manage production schedules.
Track production progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to prioritize and fulfill order commitments.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in relation to production planning and workflow.
Prepare and maintain reports and documentation on production planning and status updates.
Ensure timely communication of plans and progress to all relevant stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

1 4 years of experience in production planning or a related field.
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Prior experience in production planning and inventory management is preferred.
Proven experience in production planning or a similar role.
Proficiency in ERP systems or production planning software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong verbal communication skills.
Must be a local candidate from Ankleshwar.
