Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Assistant role based in the Greater Delhi Area. The Assistant will provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations. Responsibilities include managing communication, scheduling and calendar management, coordinating meetings, maintaining records, and supporting team projects. The Assistant will liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring the effective flow of information and adherence to timelines.

Qualifications

• Organizational and time management skills, project coordination, and attention to detail
• Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to liaise with diverse teams
• Experience in using office tools, scheduling software, and maintaining accurate records
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced on-site environment and adapt to varying responsibilities as needed
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in an administrative or support role is advantageous
• Proactive approach to problem-solving, with discretion and confidentiality
• Knowledge of the beverage industry and interest in learning about the company’s global operations is a plus
