Job Description

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Client Servicing professional with proven experience in handling events and managing client relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, translating them into actionable event plans, and coordinating across internal teams to ensure flawless execution and delivery.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients across assigned accounts
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored event solutions


  • Event Coordination & Execution:

  • Collaborate with internal teams (production, creative, logistics, etc.) to develop event proposals and timelines
  • Oversee end-to-end event planning and execution
  • Ensure timely delivery of all event elements as per client expectations


  • Project & Budget Management:

  • Prepare budgets, quotations, and cost estimates
  • Track project progress and ensure financial and delivery targets are met
  • Monitor event quality, timelines, and post-event reporting


  • Presentation & Pitching:

  • Create and deliver impactful client presentations and pitches
  • Collaborate with the creative and business development teams for new business opportunities


  • Vendor Coordination:

  • Liaise with vendors and third-party suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effective services
  • Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships for seamless event execution


Key Requirements:

  • Proven 2-3 years’ experience in client servicing within the event management industry
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • A strong eye for detail, creativity, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of event management tools/platforms is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Event Management, or related field
