Are you a dynamic communicator with a passion for brand building and client relationship management? We are looking for a S enior Client Servicing Executive who can independently manage key accounts, drive project execution, and build long-term client partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring consistent and proactive communication Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable briefs for internal teams Coordinate across creative, strategy, digital, and production teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery Lead campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking Prepare and present client reports, project timelines, and post-campaign analyses Ensure client satisfaction through timely issue resolution and ongoing support Foster upsell/cross-sell opportunities and support retention efforts Actively participate in client meetings (virtual and in-person) and represent the agency professionally Requirements: 2–5 years of experience in client servicing, preferably within an advertising or branding agency Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously Detail-oriented with a focus on timelines, quality control, and client satisfaction Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field Preferred Skills: Experience in handling real estate, financial services, or fashion/lifestyle brands Understanding of creative workflows, billing milestones, and execution monitoring Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams under tight deadlines If you’re ready to lead, coordinate, and grow with a buzzing creative team, we’d love to hear from you. 📩 Send your resume to hr@bethebee.in Show more Show less
