About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Executive / Senior Executive – Business Development to support our Highway and Railway project bidding & documentation function. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to business development activities in infrastructure, with hands-on experience in preparing, reviewing, and coordinating tender documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and track tender opportunities for Highway and Railway projects.
Prepare, compile, and submit technical and commercial bids.
Coordinate with internal departments, consultants, and vendors for tender documents.
Review tender clauses, eligibility criteria, and contractual requirements.
Maintain updated records of ongoing bids, tender submissions, and follow-ups.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and maintain client databases.
Assist in business strategy development, proposal writing, and presentations.

Requirements

Experience: 5–10 years in business development, bidding, or tendering for infrastructure projects (Highways / Railways preferred).
Education: Any Graduate (Engineering graduates preferred, but not mandatory).
Computer Proficiency: Working knowledge of MS Office and tender/bidding portals is mandatory.
Strong communication, analytical and documentation skills.
Ability to handle deadlines, multitask and work with minimal supervision.
