Key Responsibilities End-to-end management of online/offline tenders Handling E-bidding, Reverse Auctions, and online negotiations on all major e-procurement portals (GeM, CPPP, state portals). Managing Vendor Registration, Approval & Revalidation with government departments and PSUs. Coordinating for Pre-Bid Meetings , technical clarifications, and documentation. Maintaining all tender-related documents, compliance papers, and technical data sheets. Monitoring tender progress, follow-ups on LOAs/POs, and tracking project status till completion. Maintaining MIS for tender pipeline, bid submissions, and win/loss analysis. What Were Looking For Graduate/Diploma in Electrical, Business, or related field. Strong experience in government tendering , preferably in the cable, wire, or electrical industry. Hands-on experience with GeM, CPPP & e-procurement portals. Good understanding of electrical/cable technical specifications (preferred). Strong coordination, documentation, and follow-up skills
