Position - Project Manager (Infrastructure Projects)

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the complete project lifecycle from initiation to commissioning.
  
• Oversee the development of structural works, particularly long river bridge construction.
  
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, consultants, and government authorities.
  
• Establish project schedules, milestones, work breakdown structures, and resource allocation.
  
• Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and contract terms.
  
• Manage project budgets, cost control, procurement, and cash flow planning.
  
• Submit detailed project reports and progress updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  
• Review technical drawings, designs, BOQs, and tender documents.
  
• Implement preventive measures to mitigate risks, delays, or quality deviations.
  
• Ensure high standards of safety, environmental compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  

Required Skills & Expertise

• Proven experience as

  Project Manager

  with

  minimum 2 completed large-scale projects

  , preferably

  long river bridges

  .
• Strong understanding of structural engineering, geotechnical works, pile foundation, PSC girders, launching, and construction methodologies.
  
• Hands-on experience in project planning software and construction management tools.
  
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage stakeholders effectively.
  
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments and maintain project timelines.
