Key Responsibilities

• Manage B2B operations with a focus on

  Quick Commerce (Q-Com)

  order fulfilment, inventory control, and logistics management.
• Ensure

  timely and accurate delivery (OTIF)

  by coordinating with logistics partners.
• Define, implement, and maintain

  B2B operational SOPs

  for Q-Com channels.
• Lead

  continuous improvement initiatives

  to enhance order accuracy, speed, and service levels.
• Collaborate closely with

  Revenue, Finance, and Brand teams

  on PO fulfilment, marketplace inventory replenishment, inventory reconciliation, and finance compliance.
• Monitor

  customer experience metrics

  , drive improvements, and ensure closure of corrective actions.
• Oversee performance management, process controls, and people management within your area of responsibility.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3–4+ years

  of experience in B2B supply chain and operations roles in a

  fast-paced, process-driven environment

  .
• Bachelor’s degree in

  Business Administration

  or

  Engineering

  .
• Strong understanding of

  FMCG fulfilment and inventory management

  .
• Proficiency in

  Excel, Word

  , and other relevant tools/technologies.
• Excellent

  problem-solving skills

  , attention to detail, and a process-oriented mindset.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  , with the ability to influence both internal and external partners.
