Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai for the role of Senior Executive / Assistant Manager - Architecture. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing architectural projects, coordinating with internal teams and external consultants, and ensuring adherence to design standards, timelines, and budgets. Day-to-day tasks may include preparing architectural plans, conducting site visits, resolving design challenges, reviewing project progress, and ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in architectural design, drafting, and technical detailing
• Experience in project management, site coordination, and managing stakeholders
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and space planning
• Expertise in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry or working on hospitality projects is a plus
